Responsible for prepped recipe ingredient verification;
Responsible for accurate documentation of ingredients and lot numbers to ensure inventory accuracy and allocation of materials;
Responsible for ensuring each line has appropriate recipes in queue and safely transporting all ingredients from prep;
Communicate with production leadership and stay up to date with production schedule productivity;
Verify departmental HACCP, GMP, and Allergen guidelines are followed, and ensure integrity of all ingredients
