Shift Supervisor

- Safe and efficient operation of the Facility during the assigned shift, including monitoring of the boilers, turbines and steam plant.
- Perform routine tours of the plant.
- Supervise the work of the operators.
- Provide technical training to all personnel on the shift.
- 3 years of experience in facility operations.
Salary up to $157,500 plus $20,000 sign‑on bonus and year‑end bonus eligibility up to 13%.
Participation in benefit programs including life insurance, health insurance and a 401k plan. 120 days of paid time off.
