Are you passionate about quality and safety in the food manufacturing industry? Do you have a knack for ensuring that every product that leaves the manufacturing line is up to the highest standards? If so, we are looking for a Food Safety and Quality Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is a critical part of our commitment to producing high‑quality products that our customers trust and love.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing and ensuring the implementation of our Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) programs.
  • Conducting regular verifications and inspections of our manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Taking charge in swabbing and other microbiological testing activities to ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of our production areas.
  • Handling non‑conformance issues, including investigation, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Reviewing and approving product labels to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Training and guiding team members on food safety and quality practices, ensuring they are well equipped to maintain our high standards.
  • Collaborating with other departments to drive continuous improvement in our food safety and quality systems.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of FSQA, GMP, swabbing, non‑conformance handling, verifications, and labeling.
  • A bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey food safety and quality standards to the team.
  • Proficiency in using various software systems for data management and reporting.
  • A certification in food safety such as HACCP, SQF, or BRC would be an advantage.
