• Inspect carriers/trailers of inbound and outbound shipments and report discrepancies to the WH Coordinator.
• Escort drivers in the facility and ensure gowning procedures are followed.
• Receive and unload freight, check for damaged goods, verify items and quantities with BOL, Packing List, PO, etc.
• Move materials as required for sampling, inspection, status label changes, and ensure proper labeling.
• Move materials from Quarantine to Released or Rejected areas as directed by Warehouse Management and update storage locations daily with the Warehouse Coordinator.
• Perform dispensing activities for Packaging and Raw materials and ensure cGMP and GDP practices through collaboration with QA.
• Picks materials from released inventory following GMP rules according to production schedule, pick list, or production record requirements.
• Make necessary documentation entries.
• Deliver materials to specified locations using PIT.
• Load outbound freight per BOLs after confirming material or production descriptions, lot numbers, counts, and quantities using PIT.
• Perform inventory counts as required.
• Perform daily PIT inspections before operations.
• Operate company trucks to transfer materials between facilities.
• Follow and ensure compliance of safety standards in all Warehouse areas.
• Maintain assigned areas in a clean and orderly state; perform minor and spot cleaning as required.
• Verify documentation and reports for accuracy.
• Comply with all aspects of the quality management system, cGMP policies, documentation, and record‑keeping in accordance with industry and FDA standards and safety and sanitation regulations.
• Other duties assigned as required by Warehouse Management.

• High School Diploma (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum two to five (5) years of direct work experience in warehousing. Preference given to those with experience in pharmaceutical warehousing.
• Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification.

• Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification.
• Basic knowledge in FOOD/OTC or another FDA‑regulated warehouse/materials environment.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in dispensing/sampling pharmaceutical goods.
• Must have legible handwriting and the ability to perform accurate documentation.
• Must be able to count accurately, and have good basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
