Cultivation Lead

Lead Cultivation Agent responsible for overseeing daily plant production and health, ensuring quality control and compliance within the greenhouse, and managing a team of cultivation staff.

• Manage cultivation staff, schedules, processes, and inventory.

• Experience training, leading, or mentoring junior staff or new hires.
• Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and facility operations.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Computer literacy in word processing, point‑of‑sale systems, and database management.
• Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law.
• Ability to perform duties in varying weather conditions.
• Proficiency in Windows‑based software and POS applications.
• Requires work around plant material, exposure to pollen or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks with hands for extended periods.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Pay Range: $23.50 – $23.50 USD

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
