Blount Fine Foods - - Responsibilities:
Operate machines to produce soup and side dish products efficiently and accurately;
Follow recipe and HACCP steps to ensure compliance with pre-determined standards;
Perform in-line final work on all recipes produced;
Learn, operate and adjust multiple in-line processing equipment (large volume kettles, chiller machines, filler machines);
Communicate effectively within department to maximize processing efficiency
