Job Summary

Cresco Labs is seeking an Edibles Product Agent for our growing facility. The Edibles Product Agent provides cross-functional support for production and packaging of infused edible products. The Agent carries out day-to-day tasks including prepping, cleaning, cooking, labeling, wrapping, and operating basic production and packaging machinery, producing and packaging edibles in accordance with state requirements and Cresco Labs standards.

Job Duties
  • Assist kitchen staff in the daily production of cannabis-infused food products using commercial machinery.
  • Understand and execute batch production as assigned by Department Leadership; learn and continuously improve production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen lead to adhere to manufacturing formula standard operating procedures, ensuring potency and homogenization.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues that may cause damaged edibles and ensure quality control.
  • Train in food safety/sanitation and maintain a clean and safe production environment.
  • Assist, when needed, in labeling, packaging, and tracking edibles for final sale.
  • Maintain a clean and safe production facility.
  • Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under Cresco Labs standards before performing any production activities (washing hands, donning PPE, changing clothes, etc.).
  • Complete sanitation of production equipment and tools including workspace, equipment, cookware, and appliances.
  • Assist, when needed, in cross-departmental training and task completion.
Required Experience, Education and Skills
  • Two years of experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption, or any satisfactory combination of experience and training demonstrating ability to perform the duties.
  • Experience in a production-heavy kitchen is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of recipes, food production and kitchen sanitation.
  • Effective task-management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Attention to detail with ability to monitor production in process, packaging, and labeling accurately.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to work around plant material and exposure to plant pollen/dust.
  • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive hand actions for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Pay Range: $21.00 - $21.00 USD
