Oversee the prep Supervisors and key personnel to ensure training and coaching of staff;
Maintain inventory with real-time verifiability and ensure proper levels of staffing while managing labor costs;
Oversee all prep processes, practices and procedures and ensure timely kitted recipes and coordination with prep and production;
Ensure compliance with Safety, lot tracking, QA, Allergen program and procedures;
Enforce FDA/UDSA labeling guidelines for all raw ingredients prepped and ingredients returned to the warehouse
