Efficiently and accurately mix, blend, and cook raw ingredients;
Operate large volume kettles and mixers, working with an assistant on processing lines;
Ensure product quality adherence including allergen control, ingredient verification, instrument calibration, and chart recorder accuracy;
Learn, operate and adjust multiple inline processing equipment and perform basic maintenance in collaboration with Maintenance;
Perform viscosity and sensory testing on batches produced and communicate effectively within the department
