Job Summary

SWAN Fabrics™ division of Brookwood Companies, is a short-run, high-quality manufacturing facility serving the indoor and outdoor fabric market. Today SWAN Fabrics™ is a reputable full service commission dyeing and printing operation in America.

We are hiring full-time Machine Operators . Machine Operators are vital to our production process, ensuring that our specialized synthetic fabrics meet strict customer specifications for quality and color. Teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and follow established processes to ensure consistent quality
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet production goals
• Monitor production procedures and adjust settings as needed for optimal results

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous manufacturing / textile experience
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent eye for color and keen attention to detail
• Physical strength and stamina, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
