The Marketing Representative is a full-time, on‑site role located in Massachusetts, United States. This position focuses on building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, community partners, and healthcare providers to increase awareness of Pyramid Healthcare’s programs and services. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting outreach visits, attending community events and professional meetings, delivering presentations, and distributing marketing materials. The Marketing Representative will collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure accurate messaging, support local promotional campaigns, and track outreach activities and outcomes.
The role also involves maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of service offerings, market trends, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and reports.
- Demonstrated skills in community outreach, relationship building, and networking with healthcare and social service providers.
- Experience in marketing, business development, or sales within healthcare, behavioral health, or a related field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences professionally.
- Capability to organize schedules, manage territory activities, and document outreach efforts with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with behavioral health or substance use treatment services and willingness to learn program specifics.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and CRM or contact tracking tools.
- Ability to work on‑site, travel locally within Massachusetts, and occasionally attend events outside regular business hours.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
