What You'll Do

As an Events Specialist, you'll own events from concept through execution and post‑event analysis, partnering with attorneys, business development professionals, and firm leadership to create meaningful client and business engagement opportunities.

In this role, you will:
Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of virtual, hybrid, and in‑person events of all sizes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring seamless event delivery and an outstanding attendee experience.
  • Manage event logistics including venues, vendors, catering, AV, registration, branding, communications, and onsite execution.
  • Develop event strategies, timelines, budgets, and success measures that align with business goals.
  • Drive attendee engagement through event marketing, invitations, registration management, and follow‑up communications.
  • Analyze event performance, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights to improve future programs.
  • Prepare attorneys and key stakeholders with briefing materials, attendee intelligence, and event logistics.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and vendors while delivering best‑in‑class service.
  • Provide onsite event leadership, including registration management, staffing coordination, and real‑time problem solving.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of event planning experience, preferably in a professional services, legal, financial, or corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high‑quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience working with event management, CRM, registration, or marketing technology platforms.
  • A collaborative mindset, customer‑service orientation, and ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Occasional travel required for onsite event support.
Why You'll Love This Role

This is an opportunity to make a visible impact across a global organization while creating memorable experiences that support client relationships, business development, and firm growth. You'll join a collaborative team that values innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement—and you'll have the autonomy to take ownership of your events from start to finish.
