Global Art Director

Global Art Director will lead the visual identity and creative direction for brand work across global markets, channels, and touchpoints.

• Provide creative direction for advertising campaigns, product launches, brand initiatives, and seasonal marketing programs.
• Partner with copywriters

  , videographers
  , and external agencies to produce content.
• Direct photoshoots, video productions, and creative execution from concept through final delivery.
• Ensure creative assets meet performance

  , and market requirements

• Translate business objectives and consumer insights into visually impactful creative solutions.
• Present creative concepts and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

• Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and production partners.
• Manage multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
• Oversee creative budgets, production costs, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate and optimize creative processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive creative experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience directing integrated global campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
• Background working with consumer brands, agencies, or in-house creative teams.
• Experience managing creative teams and working with external agency relationships.
• Demonstrated conceptual and design performance.
• Strong understanding of branding

• Knowledge of content creation, digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce best practices.
• Solid project management
