Market Information Specialist

• Contribute to the execution and continuous improvement of operational and strategic initiatives
• Perform limited coding, testing, and metadata management to support client and prospect eligibility, targeting, and platform enablement
• Support the strategy, development, and delivery of enterprise direct mail marketing
• Support multiple monthly direct mail campaigns
• Work with business partners to drive creative execution elements
• Leverage data to support and deliver ongoing improvements
• Interact with marketing and agency partners to drive creative development
• Provide support for marketing platforms and operations
• Work primarily with internal teams

• 2-5+ years of experience managing and executing direct marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of direct mail tactics and creative development for direct mail marketing
• Understanding of HTML with ability to read/write logic statements
• Strong organization skills and consistent attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and solve problems
• Understanding of rules and regulations that govern mail marketing
• Experience working with creative vendor partners
• Self-motivated and able to adapt to changing requirements
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, matrix organization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent

Demonstrates expertise in managing and executing direct marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of direct mail tactics and creative development. Proficient in HTML and capable of leveraging data to drive improvements in marketing operations.
