Bilingual; English​/Portuguese Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Position: Bilingual (English/Portuguese) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
We are seeking a full-time bilingual
(English/Portuguese) NP or PA to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in
our Fall River clinic. You will evaluate, diagnose, and manage a variety of
acute and chronic conditions while serving as an essential resource for our
Portuguese-speaking community.

* Responsibilities:
* * Perform patient assessments,
exams, and follow-up c

* Diagnose and manage acute
and chronic conditions

* Order and interpret labs and
imaging

* Prescribe medications per MA
guidelines

* Provide patient education
and counseling

* Coordinate care with
physicians and specialists

* Document accurately in the
EHR

* Requirements:
* * Master's degree (NP or PA)
from an accredited program

* Current Massachusetts NP or
PA license

* National certification
(AANP/ANCC or NCCPA)

* DEA certification (or
eligibility)

* BLS required; ACLS preferred

* Fluency in English and
Portuguese

* 1–2 years of clinical
experience preferred (new grads considered)

* Strong communication and
patient-engagement skills
