Fall River Nephrology is hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join their growing practice!

, which is seeking passionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join their team. This opportunity is open to candidates of all experience levels, though those with dialysis or nephrology experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Base salary $120,000 + productivity incentives after year 1
• Monday – Friday office and ESRD rounding
• Shared panel with physician and dedicated partnership with MD and patients

Provide nursing expertise in diagnosis and treatment to prevent, remediate, or alleviate illness and promote health, resulting in improved patient outcomes. Perform advanced health assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, planning, and managing care including pharmacotherapeutics.

• Master’s degree in nursing or physician assistant studies with nationally recognized course content, formal clinical preparation with minimum hour standards per program requirements
• Competencies in advanced health assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, planning, and managing care including pharmacotherapeutics
• Knowledge of patient assessment techniques including taking medical histories, performing physicals, evaluating health status including state of wellness, and compliance with care recommendations
• Knowledge of diagnosing and treating medical problems and developing care plans
• Knowledge of documentation in medical records in a confidential manner

The role has a salary range of $120,000 and regular, full‑time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), paid time off (PTO).
