WHO YOU ARE:

You are a compassionate, energetic, decisive Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) skilled at providing nursing assessment, planning, and care to maximize the comfort and health of our patients and their families. In addition, you have a heart to serve others by caring for the patients’ individualized needs the way you would care for the needs of your own family.

Each Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) must possess a current, unencumbered state licensure and CPR certification for consideration.

WHAT THIS ROLE CAN OFFER YOU:

In this role, you will provide direct patient care throughout our skilled nursing facility. You will have the satisfaction of knowing you are ensuring the patient receives optimal care, by assessing, planning, implementing, reevaluating and revising care and coordinating resources. Among other responsibilities, you will update and maintain patient records, implement orders for medications and treatments, perform resident assessments, supervise certified staff, and demonstrate excellent customer service.
