We currently have an opportunity for a full-time Nurse Supervisor in our eastern MA territory.

The Privatus Nurse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the services provided to our clients that live in the Boston area and surrounding suburbs. This includes establishing an initial care plan, making frequent visits, supervising our caregivers, and maintaining the required documentation. Most importantly, the supervisor develops trusting relationships, creating experiences that ‘WOW’ our clients and caregivers alike.

Rather than traditional nursing roles that are task focused, the Privatus Nurse Supervisor embraces holistic care, supporting lifestyle preferences whenever possible. Instead of rushing from one client to the next, you can finally take the time necessary to build relationships and pay attention to the details that matter most.

The successful candidate will have:

• Valid MA Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Valid BLS or ACLS Certification
• A minimum of five years of nursing experience, with at least two in an acute care setting
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in home care and/or private care preferred
• Full Covid-19 vaccination required
