Staff Health is currently seeking a Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our team! The Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) will work alongside caregivers to provide high‑quality patient care and exceed industry standards.

• Administering medications & injections
• Oversee treatments & ensure compliance with prescribed therapies
• Accurate & detailed records of treatments & medications
• Direct & supervise activities of licensed & certified nursing personnel
• Review residents admitted & assure appropriate implementation of physician’s plan of care
• Build rapport with patients
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment
• Show a compassionate and caring demeanor
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Work well in teams

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• LVN/LPN State Licensure
• Current Physical, MMR vaccine, Current PPD, etc.
• Valid CPR certification (Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent)
• Background checks, pre‑employment & drug screenings required
• Minimum 1 year experience
