A-Line Staffing is hiring a
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)for a
full-time
float role supporting a fast-paced outpatient clinic environment. This is a
patient-facing, onsite
position and
may require floating to nearby locations
.

• Fall River, MA (02720)

• Full-time: ~32–40 hours/week
  (typically ~38 hrs/week)
• Every other weekend required
• Shifts are generally7–10 hours
  during clinic operating hours
• Schedules built in6-week blocks
  after initial training/orientation
• May include
  some major holidays

• $37.17/hr
  (pay rate)

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care in a clinic setting
• Perform patient intake, clinical support, and treatment tasks within scope
• Administer medications/treatments per protocol
• Document thoroughly in an
  EMR
• Collaborate with a clinical care team to support safe, efficient patient flow

To be successful here, we need someone with
recent hands‑on clinical experience in
:

• Urgent Care and/or Emergency Care and/or Primary Care (This is a key requirement—candidates coming only from LTC/SNF/home health/LTAC backgrounds typically struggle in this environment.)

Also required:

• Active LVN/LPN license
  in good standing (no disciplinary actions)
• Current BLS certification
  (valid through at least 30+ days beyond start)
• Phlebotomy, vaccine administration, and point-of-care testing
  experience
• 1+ year
  related healthcare experience
• Comfortable with
  EMR systems (Epic strongly preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED
