Position Overview
A respected, well‑established multispecialty medical group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its Pulmonary & Critical Care team. This is a dynamic role that offers a blend of outpatient and inpatient care
, strong collegial support, and access to advanced pulmonary services in a modern clinical environment.
This role combines both clinic‑based and hospital responsibilities, providing variety within a structured and supportive schedule. You will rotate weekly between outpatient care and inpatient pulmonary consult rounding alongside two experienced APP colleagues.
Schedule- Monday through Friday schedule
- No nights or weekends
- Weekly rotation between outpatient clinic and hospital consult service
In this role, you will provide comprehensive pulmonary care across both outpatient and inpatient settings.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and managing common pulmonary conditions
- Conducting outpatient visits and follow‑up care
- Performing inpatient pulmonary consult rounds
- Collaborating closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Supporting initiatives aimed at improving patient experience, optimizing length of stay, and reducing readmissions
- Modern EMR systems (eClinicalWorks outpatient, Epic inpatient)
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts or in process
- Active DEA registration and MA controlled substances license
- Experience in pulmonary or related specialty preferred, but not required
