Location:
Charlton Memorial Hospital – Fall River, MA
Hours:
36 hours per week
Shift: Evening shift, 11:00 am – 11:00 pm with weekend and holiday rotation.
We are looking for a self‑motivated, enthusiastic individual to join our 35‑bed ED with 8 behavioral beds, serving approximately 60,000 patients per year. The team is dedicated to serving a diverse community and providing inclusive care to patients across the lifespan.
Compensation and Benefits- $5,000 new‑hire sign‑on bonus for 2+ years of RN experience in emergency department (eligible rehires with greater than 1 year tenure).

ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Manager, Patient Services or designee, perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching, and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit. Have knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent.
- Current RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Three (3) months of experience preferred.
- ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS required prior to completion of orientation.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19, or be exempt with written statement.
USD $42.37 – $77.81 per hour.
