People, Incorporated – Residential Program LPN/RN Positions

People, Incorporated is a human service agency serving the Southcoast community, including Greater Fall River, New Bedford, and Taunton areas. Our Residential Program seeks compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24‑hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Part/Full Time LPN: $36.50/hr;
Per Diem LPN: $32.00/hr.
Part/Full Time RN: $43.50/hr;
Per Diem RN: $40.00/hr.
Weekend Warrior LPN: $42.25/hr.

• Provide a structured routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in Individual Service Plans.
• Use de‑escalation and crisis management techniques when needed to maintain safety.

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• Qualifying criminal background check and valid driver’s license.
• TB screening and Physical required upon hire and TB update every two years thereafter.
