Direct Care Professionals - Part Time/Evenings

Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour; $22.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment)

Schedule:

Sunday 9am-11pm, Monday 3pm-11pm

No experience needed. Ongoing free on‑the‑job paid training, professional development, and career advancement is offered.

Shift types:
Part‑time, Full‑time, Relief/Per Diem. 2nd and 3rd shifts available.

Locations:
Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas.

• Compassionate and dedicated to making a difference in someone’s life
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; use of personal vehicle
• TB screening and Physical required upon hire and mandatory TB update every two years
• Interest in CNA, PCA, or HHA type work is encouraged
• Students in Human Services, Psychology, or Sociology programs are encouraged to apply

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program.

Responsibilities include:

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments
• Medication distribution
