Job Title: Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN Float - MC
Address: Fall River, MA
Job Description- Utilize advanced clinical expertise to deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
- Assess patient needs and administer treatments and medications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance healthcare delivery.
- Advocate for patients to support improved outcomes.
- Document patient interactions and care in electronic medical record systems.
- Full-time position, includes every other weekend.
- Work schedules are created in 6-week blocks with shifts between 7-10 hours.
- Position is patient-facing and requires onsite presence.
- Valid LVN license in good standing with no disciplinary actions.
- Current BLS certification with an expiration date no less than 30 days past start date.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service.
