Family Nurse Practitioner -FQHC North of Boston, MA

A well-established healthcare organization located just 13 miles north of Boston is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative primary care team. With over 85 providers across urgent care, primary care, pediatrics, OB, school-based health centers, and addiction medicine, we are committed to delivering accessible, high-quality care to our community.

Schedule: Full-time preferred (40 hours/week, Monday-Friday), some flexibility in scheduling.

Hours: Practice is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Workload: 32 hours patient-facing, 8 hours administrative per week.

Weekend Call: Approximately once every 6 weeks.

Population: Adolescent through adult primary care.

Experience

Required:

Minimum 1-2 years in a primary care setting; not open to new graduates.

Certification: Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner (FNP/ANP).

Salary: Dependent on years licensed.
