Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse

connectRN is hiring Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses to provide high-quality bedside care across long-term care and post-acute facilities. In this flexible, per-diem role, you'll select shifts through our app, complete assessments, administer medications, and support residents with daily living needs. You'll collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams, follow care plans, document accurately in EMRs, and ensure regulatory and infection-control compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition
• Support activities of daily living and patient comfort
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Use EMR systems for accurate, timely documentation
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and facility staff
• Participate in handoffs and shift reports
• Select and manage shifts using connect
