Qualifications
  • Level of studies:
    Bac+5 in Industrial Engineering, Quality or a related field.
  • Languages:

    Fluent in English & French.

Key Responsibilities
  • Claims management: analyze customer claims/alerts, ensure monitoring and control of the effectiveness of actions to permanently eradicate the problem, create and update the quality improvement plan, prepare & follow up 8D, ensure claim management according to customer requirement.
  • Rework: validation of rework reports, prepare the rework request.
  • Deviations: manage internal/external deviations.
  • Audits and visits: manage customer audits and visits.
  • Project follow up: APQP, ANPQP, GPMS.
  • Customer requirements: ensure assurance/implementation, follow up and update the quality improvement plan.
