Principais Atividades- Auxiliar no monitoramento dos processos produtivos, garantindo o cumprimento das normas de qualidade e segurana dos alimentos
- Realizar registros de controle de qualidade (temperatura, higienizao, processos e produtos)
- Apoiar nas auditorias internas e externas
- Verificar conformidade com pops, bpf, ppho e appcc
- Acompanhar a higienizao de ambientes, equipamentos e utenslios
- Comunicar no conformidades ao responsvel da rea.
- Ensino mdio completo
