Aids and supports facility teams in investigating, analyzing, containing, and correcting quality issues related to customer complaints;
Serve as a resource/coach for quality standards and procedures, and provide culinary training and technical support;
Be present and integrated into production activities on the process floor;
Maintain and communicate quality control reporting data
