This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fall River, MA, for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal at New England Title & Escrow Services, P.C. The responsibilities include preparing legal documents related to real estate transactions, conducting due diligence, coordinating title insurance, assisting with leases, and managing commercial real estate processes. The position supports attorneys and clients by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in managing real estate transactions.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Due Diligence is essential.
- Experience with Title Insurance and related processes.
- Knowledge of leases and their requirements in commercial real estate.
- A background in Commercial Real Estate practices and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Prior experience in a legal or real estate environment is preferred.
- Certification or degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field is a plus.
