Schochet Companies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Worcester, MA. Responsibilities include leasing, rents, waitlist management, notices and evictions, with a focus on HUD compliance and TRACS/HAP processing.
The candidate will supervise the compliance function, inspect market-ready units, monitor Yardi reports, and support the Sr. Property Manager. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus;
Yardi and OSC certification are preferred.
