• Prepare, mix, and serve drinks according to standard recipes for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and private parties.
• Greet guests courteously and provide efficient and timely service with a focus on personalized and friendly interaction.
• Stay informed about the event‑specific beverage menu and promotions to make informed recommendations to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar at all times, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless operation and collaboration during events.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately following company protocols and secure financial practices.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of bar stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations concerning the service of alcoholic beverages.

• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a banquet or events setting.
• Excellent knowledge of mixology, alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, and cocktail recipes.
• Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic math skills with a high level of accuracy in handling cash and processing payments.
• Must have any necessary certifications or permits required to serve alcohol according to local laws.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a bustling event environment.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedule.
• Occasional lifting of heavy items, such as kegs and boxes of supplies, may be required.
