Assistant District Manager & Trainer

The Opportunity:

Wings Over is seeking an Assistant District Manager & Trainer to join our team. As an Assistant District Manager & Trainer, you will be responsible for training staff and developing teams in a quick-service restaurant. This person will serve our restaurants in the Northeast United States, including MA, CT, NY, and VT.

• Works side by side with the team frying chicken, greeting guests, and modeling Wings Over standards, values, and behaviors
• Manages with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture, values, and mission of Wings Over
• Ensures approved standard operating procedures are established and followed
• Ensures food safety by leading disciplined execution in FOH and BOH, following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Serves a consistent product and service by providing proper team training and giving regular feedback
• Resolving conflicts promptly in a thoughtful, empathetic, and fair manner
• Other related duties as assigned

• Three (3) years of food service experience (line-level or management);
  At least one (1) of those years in fast-casual/QSR industry
• Serv-Safe Certification required
• Flexible schedule- available nights, holidays, and weekends
• Passionate about food and guest service
• Able to manage store operations independently
• Able to communicate clearly and concisely
• Proactive in identifying problems and implementing solutions
• Calm and collected in moments of pressure
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and can stand for prolonged periods of time
• Valid driver’s license and current insurance
• Legal US work authorization
