• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Background in restaurant, quick-service, retail, or hospitality environments a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be at least 18 years old (where required for management)

• Experience managing a team during late night or overnight hours
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with inventory management and food safety procedures

• Lead and oversee the overnight restaurant team; organize staffing and assign responsibilities based on needs
• Monitor quality, speed, service, and customer satisfaction throughout the shift
• Train, coach, and develop crew members to uphold standards and improve performance
• Manage cash handling, end-of-shift procedures, and ensure proper handoff to the next shift
• Complete overnight cleaning, maintenance, and stocking to prepare for the morning team
• Maintain high food safety, sanitation, and security standards at all times
• Address customer concerns and resolve operational issues on the spot
• Communicate shift details and key information to day managers
