Chef Results Limited is seeking a Senior Sous Chef for a multi award winning four star country hotel that forms part of a private group of quality hotels. You will adapt to various cooking styles while managing the kitchen and supervising a brigade of 8 chefs, assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of food production from sourcing to service excellence.
The role requires 3+ years in busy kitchens with multiple dining operations, ideally Rosette experience, and a drive to push standards, develop
