Position: Full-Time
OverviewAt Sunglass Hut, we emphasize customer service, growth, and inclusivity, bringing high‑quality fashion sunglasses to customers worldwide.
RoleThe Multi‑Store Manager drives results and oversees operations of multiple Sunglass Hut stores within the same mall. The Manager is an “on‑floor” leader, inspires a team of brand ambassadors, ensures company policies and brand standards are met, and consistently models the Sunglass Hut Experience.
Major Duties and Responsibilities- Accountable for delivering both store and personal sales goals and all KPIs.
- Drive sales by identifying opportunities and gaps to achieve store and mall goals.
- Inspire team through associate growth plans, PIP documentation, and follow‑up.
- Create a culture of shared wins through coaching, developing, mentoring, and inspiring the team to enhance mall performance.
- Network, recruit, and hire to meet staffing needs in a timely manner.
- Train staff using onboarding tools and ensure completion is captured on saturation reports.
- Build an inclusive work environment that reflects the brand culture.
- Spend most time on the sales floor engaging customers and coaching associates.
- Continuously coach and develop the team to ensure flawless execution of the Sunglass Hut Experience.
- Protect the brand integrity and build relationships with host environments.
- Ensure execution and adherence to brand standards, operations, visual standards, inventory control, and training.
- Manage associate scheduling based on business needs.
- High School Diploma and 2+ years of previous leadership experience.
- Strong time‑management skills.
- Problem‑solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Previous leadership in retail or customer service experience.
- Ability to work on high‑traffic days to meet sales goals.
Pay Range: 23.01 - 34.77
