Sales Associate – In‑Store (Part‑Time, Hourly)

Lilly Pulitzer is looking for a friendly, energetic Sales Associate to support our in‑store team in a fast‑paced, fashion retail environment. The Sales Associate will provide personalized customer service, maintain visual standards, and contribute to daily sales goals.

• Assist customers by providing product knowledge, market trends, and personalized outreach.
• Maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards in the store.
• Drive sales through exceptional service, active listening, and effective communication.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, supporting repeat business.
• Provide continuous feedback to store management about selling opportunities and successes.
• Exhibit the Core Values set by Lilly Pulitzer and ensure a positive client experience.

• Prior retail or client service experience in the fashion or retail industry is preferred.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment and maneuver around the store during shift hours.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Effective communication skills with clients, colleagues, and management.
• Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip is a plus.

• Hourly wage: $16.25 – $19.25 per hour, based on qualifications, experience and local wage laws.
• Potential bonus and/or commission opportunities.
