About the Role

Part‑Time Core Sales Associate responsible for delivering world‑class customer experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging fans.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year high‑performance selling experience.
• Demonstrated care in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• Minimum 18 years old and proof of  eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive timely.
• Consistent schedule, with at least 20 hours per week preferred.
• Typical hours up to 12 hours base weeks, increase to 21 during peak weeks; not exceed 30 hours per week.

Compensation: $16.45 – $20.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
