We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate who sees this role as more than ringing up a sale. You’ll be the face of the brand: the person who turns a first visit into a lasting relationship and teaches customers how beautiful products make memorable experiences.
The Role at a Glance EMPLOYMENTFull‑time

What You’ll Do- Welcome every guest warmly and make them feel genuinely cared for from the moment they walk in.
- Guide and advise customers as they explore our collections, sharing product knowledge, answering questions, and helping them find exactly what they’re looking for.
- Create a beautiful space by maintaining displays, organizing and stocking shelves, and keeping the store looking visually appealing.
- Handle the details with care by processing purchases and payments accurately, and managing phone inquiries about hours, directions, and products with a friendly, professional tone.
- Support the daily store operation by replenishing inventory, following store policies and procedures, and pitching in wherever the team needs you.
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect comfortably with people of every background.
- Confident, accurate handling of numbers and point-of-sale transactions.
- Dependability and open availability for daytime, 8‑hour shifts across a 7-day operation.
Even better: experience in luxury, home, or specialty retail; a love of design and beautiful things; and a knack for visual merchandising. These aren’t required, the right attitude is.

The Practical DetailsThis role involves regular use of hands to handle objects, equipment, and controls, and talking and hearing. The employee frequently walks, stands, reaches, and climbs; occasionally stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls; and must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Other duties may be assigned by the employee’s supervisor.
