As a Customer Service Associate II, you’ll be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of your assigned store, from merchandising to supporting customers. You will be fully cross-trained to support the cash register and switch to front-end duties as needed. Your duties include:

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely
• Merchandising and stocking as needed
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store
• Providing a positive, safe, and respectful environment
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register
• Ensuring security of cash and company assets
• Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Problem-solving skills
• High integrity
• Proficiency in basic math
