Our client is hiring a high-performing Outbound SDR to join a growing team (currently 2 SDRs) focused on enterprise expansion.
This is a true outbound role targeting enterprise organizations ($1B+ revenue) within the oil & gas and heavy industrial sectors.
What You’ll Do- Own outbound prospecting into large enterprise accounts
- Account plan and account map complex organizations
- Target plant operations, reliability teams, and C-suite leaders
- Convert event-driven and self-sourced opportunities into qualified meetings
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and leadership

- 1+ year of outbound SaaS business development experience
- Experience selling into enterprise or upper mid-market accounts
- Strong account planning and mapping skills
- Professional maturity and executive presence
- Competitive mindset — someone who wants to win at all costs
- Self-starter comfortable building pipeline from scratch
$70,000 base salary/$90,000–$100,000 OTE (uncapped commission)
