As a Salesforce Account Executive
, you will work closely with our VP of Sales, Enterprise, and CEO as part of the Neura Flash, Part of Accenture Sales team focused on the Consumer Business Services (CBS) vertical within Salesforce. You will manage all aspects of the sales process including lead management, pipeline development, qualification, evaluation, closing, and account management.
- Perform as a key account executive focused on winning new business, driving pipeline, and building trust and strong relationships with customers
- Partner with Salesforce sales and customer success organizations including Core AEs and SEs in the CBS organization
- Act as the quarterback with customers, Salesforce employees, and internal teammates to ensure high satisfaction and growth of our brand
- Maintain a quota-carrying approach focused on new logos and continuous learning to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO to pursue new market opportunities
- Maintain updated lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Deliver high-quality and timely responses to ensure customer experience
- Acquire and maintain applicable Salesforce Certifications
- 5-8 years of enterprise software sales experience with success selling into large services accounts
- 2-3+ years of experience selling software to Consumer Business Services companies
- Industry knowledge and a strong network with channel partners (Salesforce)
- Experience with Salesforce, selling end-to-end implementations
- Experience selling complex technology solutions
- Strong executive presence and customer-facing communication
- Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Compensation varies by location, role, skill set, and experience. Accenture provides a reasonable compensation range as required by local law.

: $87,400 to $221,200 USD - District of Columbia
: $100,500 to $254,400 USD - Illinois

: $94,400 to $238,900 USD - Massachusetts
: $94,400 to $254,400 USD - Minnesota
: $94,400 to $238,900 USD - New York
: $87,400 to $276,500 USD - New Jersey
: $100,500 to $276,500 USD - Washington
: $100,500 to $254,400 USD
