Media is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue and client success across its broadcast and digital media products.

What You'll Do
  • Learn iHeart's Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products and identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate new business through in‑person meetings, research, and consistent daily cold‑calling.
  • Cultivate existing business using the full suite of products.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations fueled by data and storytelling.
What You'll Need
  • Self‑motivated go‑getter with excellent relationship‑building and problem‑solving skills.
  • Goal‑oriented, expert negotiator, and proactive.
  • Ability to plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Comfortable with cold‑calling and lead generation.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
  • Skilled in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Digital/Media sales experience is a plus.
  • Natural ability to organize and prioritize day‑to‑day tasks.
  • Nice‑to‑have: experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns, analytics experience, audio advertising background, and strong market connections.

Compensation

Salary: $28,000 – $35,000 plus commissions. Salary determined by experience, skills, and market data.
