F&W Pest Control of MA is hiring a full‑time entry‑level Home Sales Inspector. No prior pest‑control experience required; training is provided. This role focuses on sales performance, teamwork, and maximizing financial potential while contributing to business success.

As a Home Sales Inspector, you will understand F&W’s termite protection services and make strategic recommendations to customers.

• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces to identify problems and build trusted relationships.
• Use in‑depth training to propose the best pest solution for each customer.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and scheduled appointments.
• Meet with potential customers at their homes to explain products and services.
• Inspect interior and exterior of the property.
• Explain recommendations, address questions, and set expectations.
• Maintain sales agreements using a company iPad and keep records organized.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required pesticide license/certification if needed (company pays).
• Ability to work independently in the field and interact with customers.
• Compliance with state and local employment laws.
• Physical ability to safely use ladders, lift up to 50 lbs., access confined spaces, wear PPE, and work in various weather conditions.
