This position is based in our 275 Grove St, Auburndale, MA 02466, USA office.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Account Executive to join our Net Line Growth sales team in Newton, MA. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about driving revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territory or market segment
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining healthy profit margins
Client Relationship Management
  • Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders
  • Understand client business objectives and challenges to position Net Line solutions effectively
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, providing consultative guidance on how Net Line's offerings can drive client success
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new clients to account management teams
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on client interactions and market insights
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to optimize client outcomes
Performance & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM system
  • Provide regular forecasting and pipeline updates to sales leadership
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
