Role Overview

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director (Field Sales), the Account Manager (Mid-Market) is responsible for managing and growing an existing book of business with some of Bullhorn's most valued customers.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing a territory plan to maximize client retention, contract upgrades, and sales of Bullhorn products and services.
  • Establishing and building C‑Level relationships within designated clients.
  • Identifying and articulating the strategic, organizational, and financial goals of assigned clients.
  • Developing and delivering account plans and sales campaigns for specific assigned clients.
  • Working cross‑functionally within Bullhorn to define and drive execution of action plans to improve and/or optimize the use of Bullhorn products and services.
  • Maintaining current and accurate account information and contact information within Bullhorn CRM for all accounts that have been contacted.
Qualifications
  • Passion for sales and drive to succeed.
  • 2‑3+ years of SaaS sales or recruitment industry experience.
  • Proven track record of sales success in a B2B environment.
  • Passion for complex, consultative sales involving multiple decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative, solution‑selling skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
Compensation and Benefits

The on‑target earnings for this role are $130,000 – $150,000, comprising a base salary of $80,000 – $90,000 plus commission. Benefits are eligible effective DAY ONE and include:
