What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive new business development and customer retention
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Partner with leadership to execute growth strategies
- Utilize CRM and sales analytics to improve results
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience
- 3+ years leading a commission-based sales team
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Strong forecasting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft 365
- Ability to analyze sales data and drive strategic decisions
