- Drive business development across the U.S. market
- Identify, develop, and close new opportunities with leading Med Tech companies
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers
- Manage strategic key accounts and cultivate long-term partnerships
- Lead complex sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of time and to represent Rimasys at industry meetings, educational events, conferences, and customer engagements
- Willingness to submit educational, employment and criminal background checks
- Bachelor's degree or higher with direct sales success in Med Tech sales, business development, or strategic account management
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in a complex selling environment, where multiple people and/or committees are involved in the purchasing decision
- Established network within the orthopedic, trauma, or broader medical device industry
- Understanding of the orthopedic trauma market and industry-sponsored education programs
- Demonstrated ability to develop and grow enterprise-level customer relationships
- Experience selling high-value solutions into complex organizations
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven mindset
- Experience working with the top 10 Med Tech companies, surgical education programs, training centers, or simulation-based learning environments
