Join Allied Universal as a Screener at a fast-paced tech and/or telecom location, where you will monitor entry points, support access screening, verify credentials, and guide visitors and employees with clear communication and customer service. You will conduct routine patrols and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents while documenting activity and reporting concerns.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Screen individuals entering the location by verifying identification, confirming authorization for access, and directing visitors, contractors, and employees to the appropriate check-in process.

+ Operate and/or monitor entry screening measures such as walk-through screening, bag inspections, package checks, and visitor management systems in accordance with site requirements.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through the appropriate channels.

+ Monitor designated access points and surrounding areas to help to deter unauthorized entry, support orderly traffic flow, and assist with maintaining a professional lobby and screening area.

* + CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
